Welcome to Gradvo. By using gradvo.vercel.app ("the Site"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Our free tools (ATS checker, resume builder, LinkedIn score, cover letter generator, interview prep) are provided "as is" for guidance only. Scores and suggestions are automated estimates based on general best practice — they are not a guarantee that any employer or Applicant Tracking System will accept, rank or shortlist your application. You remain responsible for the accuracy and content of any document you create or send.
You may create an account using Google sign-in or an email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity on your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, fraud or unlawful activity.
Gradvo offers paid services (such as CV rewrites, LinkedIn makeovers and portfolio websites). Prices shown on the Site are starting prices; a final quote is confirmed before any work begins and no payment is taken through the Site itself. Deliverables, timelines and any revisions are agreed in writing (email) per order. Because services are personalised, refunds after work has been delivered are at our discretion, except where required by law.
Content you paste or upload into the free tools is processed in your browser and is not transmitted to or stored on our servers. You retain all rights to your CV, profile and documents. For paid services, you grant us permission to use the materials you provide solely to deliver the service.
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, reverse-engineer it, or use it to create misleading or fraudulent application documents.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gradvo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed job opportunities, arising from use of the Site or its tools. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above will change. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
